Terms of Advocacy & Service Engagement
The following terms govern all engagements with All Set Vegas. By initiating communication or submitting payment, you agree to these protocols.
All Set Vegas provides professional advocacy, hosting, and logistical coordination for Las Vegas entertainment. We act as a liaison between the Head of the Table and third-party venues. We are not a ticket seller, promoter, or a representative of any venue. All venue-related decisions—including entry, pricing, and seating—remain the sole authority of the venue management.
All payments made to All Set Vegas for service, planning, and coordination fees are final and non-refundable. Because our services involve advance labor, venue intelligence, and time-based coordination, no refunds will be issued once any portion of the service has been rendered. This includes but is not limited to: initial consultation, venue outreach, itinerary drafting, and hosted support. Once work begins, the payment is considered fully earned.
While we advocate for the best possible outcomes, All Set Vegas does not guarantee: venue entry, specific bottle/table pricing, exact table locations, or line wait times. Final decisions are made by venue security and management. Refunds will not be issued due to decisions, schedule changes, or policy enforcement made by a third-party venue.
The Head of the Table is responsible for ensuring their delegation provides accurate information, arrives on time, and complies with all venue dress codes and age requirements (21+ with valid government ID). Failure to meet these responsibilities, including "No-Shows" or late arrivals, does not qualify for a refund.
All Set Vegas is not liable for: venue denials, lost personal property, transportation issues, or the behavior of venue staff or other guests. All services are used at the client's own risk. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to venue availability or force majeure events.
By using All Set Vegas services, submitting payment, or communicating service needs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to utilize our services.
